Use measured hotel data where available. Treat external reference values as context, with their scope and limitations. Identify planning assumptions so they can be replaced by local evidence.

Include material system costs under both operating models. Distinguish cash costs from economic charges, actual laundry demand from resilience allowances, and textile wear from unexplained loss.

Document assumptions, evidence, decision owners and outstanding actions. Retain the workbook or exported scenario and revisit it when the operating conditions change.
