Professional licence

Professional resources are licensed to the purchaser, or the organisation expressly named in the order, for its internal operational analysis. The order identifies the licensed user or organisation and the resources supplied.

You may enter your data, adapt permitted input assumptions and retain internal working copies and outputs within that scope. Do not redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense or make the resources or access credentials available outside that scope.

No ownership of the intellectual property transfers. Copyright and other rights remain with Operational Reference and the relevant rights holders.

Any access period or update entitlement is stated in the order. No automatic renewal, continuing update service or particular future release is implied.
